First meal on the return flight -appetizer of smoked Nordic Halibut with potato salad and garden cucumber, along with a seasonal leaf salad with roasted pumpkin seeds, cucumber and quinoa.Appetizer – smoked duck breast with marinated red cabbage salad, beetroot-cashew cream and wild lingonberries.Personal size portion of homemade sourdough bread by a local resident.Main course of short ribs with potato and parsnip purée, seasonal vegetables and roasted hazelnut.Safely back home.
